We want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Returns:
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility:
• Item must be unused
• Lace must not be cut
• Must be in original packaging
• No signs of wear or alteration

Non-returnable items:
• Customized wigs
• Sale items

Refunds:
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
